Join Our Chapter

Membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution is open to any woman who can prove lineal blood descent from an ancestor who served the cause of American independence between 1775 and 1783. It opens the doors of opportunity to join more than 185,000 active women, world-wide, who share a common bond in the ancestral history of the founding of the United States. The DAR is a distinguished and diverse group of women who share a rich heritage and spirit.

Do you have a mother, aunt, grandmother, or first cousin in the DAR? If so, please proceed to Step 3.

If no known relative was in the DAR, your first step toward membership requires establishing your lineage.

Once you have followed your lineage, you can begin to identify potential patriots.  Service to the cause for independence can be proven in many ways.

Our chapter offers a monthly workshop or a scheduled meeting to assist prospective members.  A volunteer genealogist will help organize your lineage.

To work directly with a volunteer genealogist just complete our Membership Interest Form below.
